ImageQuest TrulinX Accounts Receivable Automation

ImageQuest TrulinX Edition automates AR document processing for AR packing lists, AR counter order receipts, WH pick tickets, and AR invoices. When one of the above documents is generated in TrulinX, a digital document is produced in a pre-defined network folder complete with a barcode. Informa monitors the folders, processing the documents using the barcode to automatically store the document along with useful vendor and order data for easy retrieval.

ImageQuest TrulinX Edition Module for Accounts Payable Automation

ImageQuest TrulinX Edition for Accounts Payable Automation provides a full accounts payable processing solution to help TrulinX organizations overcome the cost, time, and errors associated with manual data entry. Functionality includes capturing incoming AP invoice, PO acknowledgement, and packing list data, including full header information (vendor name and address, vendor order number, PO number, etc.), line-item details for invoices, and document archival. Once configured, this solution will provide the automatic capture, storage, and upload of AP Invoices in TrulinX.

AP Capture with Informa Advanced Capture

Informa Advanced Capture extracts the required data elements for AP invoice, PO acknowledgement, and packing list processing. Informa augments this process by matching the vendor information to TrulinX vendor data, and enriches the voucher and payment information once it is available.

eSignature: Counter Order Signature Capture

The Informa eSignature module enables the TrulinX application to capture a digital signature using a Topaz branded signature device. Once captured, the signature will embedded in the printed TrulinX Counter Receipt, and TrulinX will also create a PDF of the Counter Receipt, which will be deposited into a preconfigured Network Directory location. The file name will be configured so that Informa can automatically add the document into ImageQuest including relevant metadata (CONumber, Customer PO, etc.)
