Over time, this practice made it difficult to locate individual Test Certifications when needed. Manually sorting through every multi-page document was out of the question. They needed a smarter way to locate and separate the Test Certifications buried within those thousands of files.

The AI scanned each document in the repository, identified embedded Test Certifications, and automatically created new, separate Test Certification documents — all without human intervention.
