OXPd Troubleshooting

If the ImageQuest icon does not appear on the front panel of your MFP device, check the following:

  • If you have installed OXPd and pushed the application to the device and it does not show the IQ icon on the MFP itself, restart the device.
  • Verify the that IQ Server IP address was used during the OXPd installation and not the IQ Server host name.
  • Check the OXPd log file for any errors:  http://MPF IP Address/hp/device/sdc?GetLog (GetLog is case sensitive)
  • SNMPv1/v2 read-write access must be enabled with Community Name “public” in order for Configure IQfmp (OXPd) to see the device. See below for an example.
