All in a single, automated step. The Total Mail Room ensures that all paper transactions are processed quickly and accurately with as little human intervention as possible. Once payment data has been acquired, it can be safely submitted to backend payment processing and accounting systems. Additionally, electronic deposit data files are created for submission to the bank. Scanned document images are stored in the ImageQuest document repository and are automatically indexed for easy retrieval later, making research much easier than ever before.
